The
Microlock™ sealless system guarantees a maximum of security
of the sealless steel strapping joint against unlocking. The tool
can handle regular duty and high tensile steel strapping, steel
strapping up to a thickness of 0.64mm / .025". The special
tensioning system (free wheeling), there are no loss of strap tension.
The sealing mechanism is completely closed. the adjustment of the
cutting and sealing depth is simple. The feed wheel abd the die

State of the
art strapping tool for the most demanding applicatios. The special
tensioning gear-system allows a highstrap tension of up to 5.5
KN (1265 lbs) with a limited amount of tensioning effort of only
240 N (55.2 lbs). Suitable for Regular Duty and High Tensile strapping
of up to 1100 N/mm2 (155 000 psi). Also available as TW-version
(Torque Wrench Tensioning System). |
